Welcome to mp4-to-mp3-converter.com. By visiting, browsing, or using our browser-based converter tool, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please inspect these terms carefully before accessing our programs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any section of this website, you confirm your absolute agreements to these terms, our privacy configurations, and all applicable country laws. If you do not accept these constraints, you are forbidden from utilizing our converters or static files.

2. Permissible Use & Intellectual Property

Our free tools are designed to extract audio tracks from files for standard, personal, educational, and legal uses. You are strictly forbidden from uploading or attempting to transcode intellectual properties, movies, or sound recordings that you do not hold valid legal distribution licenses for. You are solely responsible for compliance with copyright law regarding any output audios.

3. Tool Limitations and Security Limits

We enforce a local file processing boundary of 500MB (500 megabytes) per conversion block to protect device memory setups and browser resources from system instability or crashes. Automated scraping, script hacking, bulk request spamming, or attempts to reverse engineer our proprietary client logic is strictly prohibited and can result in access blocks.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our programs and assets are provided entirely "as is" and "as available" with zero guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether verbal or implicit. We do not guarantee that operations will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with rare or specific codex structures. We hold no liability for lost media, failed extractions, or damage to computer memory.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to edit, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without previous warning. Any changes will be posted here on this page with an updated date log. Continued visits to the system constitute acceptance of the edited terms.
